			Despite the filty exterior - inside this boat is quite tidy. Dry, good quality cushions - the layout is five berth, the two seats to the right are 4' wide with table which makes to a double. There is a divider door in th immediate foreground - with a tiny separate heads, a portaloo in this boat ( handy while on the hardstanding ! ) The engine, inboard Yanmar GM10 is under the cockpit step - apparently brand new about six years ago - and looking like it - though standing idle for that time is a concern. First job on the list is to check it out and get it started. Cassette/radio, depth. log. fixed vhf, full nav lights, two anchors and anple chain - main genuine cqr, secondary fold up four pronged thing, whatever you call that - unused with the price tag still on. forepeak...
